There really were few outward signs of anything happening once she had recovered from the bone byopsy. As I mentioned elsewhere, I was supposed to keep her quiet and that only happened for the first five days or so. She was compliant for the first couple of days and then wanted to be free to chase squirrels and run and be herself.
Thank God for Dr. G’s advice on September 10th to let her be her and enjoy what life she has left. She’s been running and happy up to now.
At the end of her walk on the afternoon of the 21st, she laid down. That’s never happened before. Tara yes, but not Maggie. She was very quiet all night.
