Maggie slept downstairs all night. Woke up a few times, wondering if I should go down and check on her — knew that would wake Tara up and then she’d want to go outside and then Maggie would want to go outside….decided to ‘let sleeping dogs lie’ as my Dad used to say. Had a short walk and wouldn’t eat much breakfast. Took a lot of coaxing to get her to eat.

Maggie had her appointment with Dr. Ely, Chiropractor — going weekly except last week Dr. Ely was away. Maggie has started shifting her weight into her front end so her neck and shoulders were tight.

Had Metacam at 8:15 a.m. and a doses of Eupatorium Perf. 200 ch. at 10:15 a.m. and at 8:50 p.m.

Was very stiff all day. Walking on three legs mostly. Didn’t stop her from running across the back yard after squirrels! Was pretty quiet for most of the day.

Came home from the office at 7:00 p.m. and she ate her entire dinner without any coaxing.
